STWEG – Condominium Ownership
Management of individual apartments within a shared building. Includes budgeting, annual owner meetings, maintenance coordination, insurance, and reporting for the entire condominium association.
MFH – Multi-Family House
Complete building owned by one or several investors, usually rented out fully or partially. Covers leasing, rent collection, maintenance, tenant relations, and CAPEX planning.
EFH – Single-Family House
Individual property management for private homeowners or expatriate clients. Includes tenant handling (if rented), housekeeping coordination, garden and pool service, and owner reporting.
